Located in Ain Diab, Table 3 is the result of a collaboration between Michelin-starred chef Fayçal Bettioui and interior architect Ali Lahlou. This fine dining restaurant embodies a harmonious symbiosis between architecture and nature, offering an immersive and refined culinary experience.
The atmosphere is defined by raw, natural materials: black crushed concrete walls, wooden ceiling slats creating soothing waves, and a mirror reflecting these organic forms to enhance visual depth. Silver travertine, supplied by Sinastone, adorns the counters, walls, staircases, and bathrooms, adding a touch of brutalist elegance to the space.
The architect’s choice of materials, particularly travertine and Noir Zimbabwe granite, underscores Table 3’s commitment to delivering a unique sensory experience, where every architectural detail contributes to a hushed and sophisticated ambiance.
